Topps Planes of the World!

You want to learn more about your world, but it’s so hard to concentrate while reading from a book. Perhaps a stick of gum will help. Chewing helps focus the mind.

You head toward your nearby drugstore and find the solution to all of your troubles. In the corner is a display that features a wide selection of trading cards by Topps!

Most packets promote baseball players, which quite frankly you’re not much interested in. Then a striking painting of an airplane catches your eye. To your delight you discover that there’s not just one, but dozens of cards devoted to different types of aircraft. You have stumbled upon the 1957 Topps Planes of the World collection! Behind the card is information about the featured plane, and as a an added bonus, each pack comes with a stick of gum.

Your problems are solved! You buy up a bunch of cards then rush home, eager to learn about these different types of flying craft.
